Call or text 07506 990431. We answer the phone. If we miss the call (we’re often on a job), we ring back the same day. A photo or two of the job sent over WhatsApp helps us quote accurately on the spot.

What happens after you contact us
- You ring or message with rough details — what’s the job, where, when.
- We quote — usually within 5 minutes on a phone call, or within an hour if you’ve messaged us.
- We book the job in — same-week availability most weeks, often same-day for small uplifts.
- We turn up, do the work, leave the place tidy. Pay on completion.
Response times
- Phone calls — answered live where possible, otherwise returned the same day, usually within an hour.
- Texts and WhatsApp — replied to within 2 hours during the working day.
- Emails — replied to within 24 hours, usually the same day.
If it’s an urgent letting-agent end-of-tenancy job, ring rather than email — phone is always quickest.
